Mounts
10 mounts, one per level range, from the Tusked Boar to the Young Drake. They hatch from eggs, level up while the hero hunts mounted and evolve into the next one. Three of them fly.
How they work
Mounts are an extra: the game is balanced without them. When riding, the hero reaches the next horde faster — more XP per hour — and gains a few stats. Open the Stable from the strip menu → Mount (M).

- 6 slots

- Experience
- 1 per monster the rider kills, 10 per boss
- Bonus
- 40% of the max at level 1, 100% at level 30

- Riding requires the mount's level (the low end of its range).
- In a party, everyone moves at the slowest pace: one hero on foot = no speed gain for anyone.
- Offline progress follows the same rules. In a duel, a mounted hero fights mounted.

The Hippogriff, Griffin and Young Drake fly a little above the ground and hover in combat. It's purely visual: each one's bonus is in the table.
Eggs
Each egg drops from monsters in regions that overlap its mount's level range (regions below level 10 don't drop them), at ×25 odds from region bosses and ×3 in the Hunting Grounds. Using the egg hatches a level 1 foal into the Stable right away.
| Egg | Mount | Level range |
|---|---|---|
| Tusked Boar | 1–40 | |
| Steppe Wolf | 40–80 | |
| War Ram | 80–120 | |
| War Bear | 120–170 | |
| Hippogriff | 170–210 | |
| War Rhino | 210–250 | |
| Shadow Warhorse | 250–300 | |
| Griffin | 300–355 | |
| Sabertooth | 355–385 | |
| Young Drake | 385–400 |
Vitality and feed
Vitality drops with every monster killed, more on bigger mounts. At 50% or less, the mount eats a ration from the bag on its own (the plainest first). With no feed it becomes Exhausted at 0%: still visible, but with no bonus and no experience until it eats. It never dies.
| Feed | Vitality | Stable |
|---|---|---|
| +30% | 200 gold | |
| +50% | 1,500 gold | |
| +80% | 6,000 gold |
Feed also drops from monsters, within each one's level range.
Evolution
At max level, Ascension Crystals + gold turn the mount into the one for the next level range — it goes back to level 1. Crystals drop rarely from monsters from level 40 on, at ×25 odds from bosses.
The evolution line
Tusked Boar → Steppe Wolf → War Ram → War Bear → Hippogriff → War Rhino → Shadow Warhorse → Griffin → Sabertooth → Young Drake
